Abstract This Methodology regulates the method of assessing the value of state-owned agricultural land and plantations. The assessment of state-owned agricultural land will be carried out through the yield (income) value method. The yield value is determined through wheat production. The yield value of the land is obtained by estimating the net annual benefit (gross margin) created by the production of wheat, with different degrees of intensity. The gross margin is obtained by preparing an analytical calculation for the different degrees of intensity. In determining the gross margin, four degrees of intensity will be used for wheat production (see details in article 2).
