Abstract

State veterinary inspectors (territorial, provincial, regional) carry out inspection of the aforesaid units in accordance with scheduled arrangements, but no less than once in a quarter if there is no necessity in more frequent inspections. Inspection can be carried out as by the specialists of state veterinary service as by the commissions with the participation of the representatives of sanitary service, Inspection on quality of the commodities and trade, bureau of commodity expertise and State Committee for Standardization. The inspection is carried out in accordance with the following scheme. Section 1 determines general data regarding a given unit. Section 2 regards putting into operation a given unit. Section 3 refers to meat processing and packing factory. Section 4 determines the inspection scheme of a milk enterprise. Section 5 contains methodical recommendations for carrying out inspection of laboratory of veterinary and sanitary expertise at the kolkhoz market.
