Abstract

The present Methodical Instructions regulate the following issues : 1. the modalities of expropriation from the infringers of the status of protected areas of hunting gear and other instruments of nature management, illegally obtained (harvested) produce, means of transport and preliminary valuation of the expropriated property ; 2. the modalities of calculation of damage caused to natural complexes and objects and its compensation; 3. the modalities of drawing up reports regarding infringement of the status of protected areas; 4. the modalities of examination of cases of the infringement of the status of protected areas, the modalities of application of administrative sanctions and appeal against them; 5. the modalities of registration of expropriated from infringers of means of transport, gear and illegally obtained produce of nature management. The document consists of VII Secs. Section I lays down general provisions. Section II establishes the modalities of drawing up preliminary reports. Section III establishes the modalities of calculation and compensation of damage caused by the infringement of the status of protected areas. Section IV establishes the modalities of expropriation of gear and produce of illegal nature management, means of transport and documents. Section V regards the modalities of examination of cases of the infringement of the status of protected areas. Section VI regards the application of the resolutions regarding the infringement of the status of protected areas and the modalities of appeal against them. Section VII regards the modalities of registration of the infringers, expropriated gear and produce of illegal nature management, means of transport, realization of and writing off property.
