Abstract

The principal condition for efficient production of the objects of aquaculture in fishing water basins is the observance of veterinary and sanitary requirements. Since fishing water basins and sources of their water supply are frequently situated nearby inhabited areas and agricultural enterprises flow of sewerage (city, agricultural, etc.) joins them that, together with the accumulation in the water basin of the remnants of fishmeal non-consumed by fishes and their faeces, under condition of insufficient running water causes pollution of water basins and epizootic emergency. Veterinary and sanitary and, especially, sanitary and bacteriological control of fishing water basins not only allows to valuate the extent of their pollution but also to adopt timely preventive measures against infectious disease. The document consists of 4 Secs. Section 1 is introduction. Section 2 regards selection and transportation of water and soil samples. Section 3 regards methods of analysis. Section 4 regards valuation of results.
