Abstract

This Methodical Instruction shall be applicable to metals contained in the atmospheric air classified as first and second hazardousness class. Metals classifies as hazardous substances are present in industrial and energy emissions, and also in automotive pollution. Assessment of metal contents in the atmospheric air shall be calculated as average daily concentration. Assessment of metal contents in soil shall be based on total contents of metal particles in soil. Stable pollution shall be determined by match of pollution focus on soil map and snow cover pollution map.
