Unauthorised buying or transferring of mercury is prohibited under section 3. Small-scale gold miners shall observe good mining practices and shall be exempted from purchasing restrictions as far as mercury necessary for mining operations is concerned. The Court may cancel mercury licenses pursuant to section 6. Full text English
