The Regulations set out details of the marks that should be placed on a ship pursuant to section 12 of the Act. An application for registration of a ship shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule. A declaration of ownership under section 14 shall be in Form 2 in the Schedule. The Registrar, if is satisfied under section 15(1) that a ship may be registered and on payment of the prescribed fee under these Regulations, may grant a certificate of registry in respect of the ship. A certificate of registry of a ship under section 16 shall be in Form 3 in the Schedule.
