Abstract These Regulations amend paragraph 4 in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation Convention) Regulations 1998. They have been made in consequence of a defect in the 1998 Regulations, and are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Regulations. The Schedule to the 1998 Regulations provides for the meaning of "annual turnover".
