Abstract

These Regulations implement the Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act by providing for the cancellation and delivery up to the Director of a certificate issued under section13(1) of the Act and by prescribing the amount of fees to be paid on an application for the issue of a certificate.
