The Regulations set oy the duties of employers and others in case work is to be carried out which could expose any worker to levels of noise. The employer shall assess the level of noise to which workers are exposed. They also require employers to eliminate or control exposure to noise in the workplace as much as possible and provide for health surveillance of workers in relation to noise exposure.
