In so doing it implements the provisions of Directive 75/106/EEC as amended by Directives 79/1005/EEC, 85/10/EEC, 88/316/EEC and 89/676/EEC on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to prepackaged liquids insofar as wine is concerned. The Order does not apply to certain alcoholic beverages which are vatted, bottled and labelled in volumes not exceeding 0.25 litre and are intended for professional use, and other specifed wines.
