Abstract

The Parties agree to set up a committee which will meet on an annual basis to formulate and update activities to accomplish the objectives outlined in this Memorandum. Projects shall be in the field of the conservation of natural resources in border areas of both countries. Article 3 outlines forms of cooperative activities: exchange of information, personnel exchange, research, and other forms as may be agreed upon by the Parties. (7 articles completed by an Annex)
