The main goal of the Program is to increase living standard of the population and poverty alleviation based on economic growth, improvement of business environment and development of the efficient governance system. According to the Program, agricultural policy will focus on solution of following key objectives: growth of production volume and quality of agricultural products; increasing of yield of the crop production and livestock-breeding; extension of irrigation systems, water use optimization; development of the land market; cooperative development; and increasing access of the rural producers to financial resources, crediting and leasing development.
