An authorization shall, subject to compliance with any conditions, authorize importation of any drug specified in the authorization. The Minister shall only authorize importation if it appears to the Minister that: (a) there is an urgent need to administer a veterinary drug in the treatment of animals for a disease or condition; and (b) there is no suitable veterinary drug which has a product licence.
