Abstract

This Law concerns restrictions imposed by article 8(3) of the Medicines (Jersey) Law 1995. They shall not apply to the importation of Bluetongue Serotype 1 Vaccine by: (a) the Veterinary Officer, as defined by the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956; or (b) a recognized veterinary surgeon, as defined by the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999.
