Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act, concern the importation and exportation of precursors and certain other chemical substances (listed in the Second Schedule). Import or export of such substances requires an permit granted by the Medicines Control Authority. Any person who is authorised to import a substance listed in the Second Schedule shall keep a record in the prescribed form and submit returns to the Authority.
