Abstract

These Regulations are made by the Minister of Health and Child Care in accordance with the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act. They amend certain sections of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) Regulations, 2008. Essentially, it amends certain items in the 2nd Schedule to the principal Regulations.
