Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act in respect of a wide variety of matters including: sale of veterinary medicines by general dealers, storage of veterinary medicines, (application for) a permit to sell veterinary medicines, conditions of sale, licences, sampling and testing medicicines, prohibition of sale of certain medicines, classification, registration and retention of registration of medicines and clinical trials.
