Abstract

These Regulations concern a certificate of registration for a pharmacy to be issued in accordance with the Medicines and Allied Substances Act, 2013. The Regulations provide, among other things, for the application for and issue of a certificate, transfer of a certificate and suspension or cancellation of certificate of registration. The Authority shall keep and maintain a register of certificates of registration in Form XII set out in the Schedule.
