The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fishing in inland waters. The text consists of 13 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Recognition of professional training (2); Fishing ban (3); Minimum size (4); Closed seasons (5); Treatment of fish caught during closed season as well as stock enhancement (6); Fishing in adjacent waters (7); Exceptions (8); Prohibited fishing gear (9); Fishing statistic (10); Marking of fishing gear (11); Penalties (12); Entry into force (13).
