Therefore, the activity of apiculture requires special attention and care. Article 2 lays down provisions relating to bee-hives. The competent Ministry may open, modify or close down a bee breeding colony having a protected perimeter of 8 km. Within such an area it is generally not allowed to open another bee-breeding colony. However, the competent Ministry may grant an exception for very special reasons. The text consists of 6 articles.
