Abstract

The said Ordinance implements EC Directives No. 32/82 of 7 January 1981 and No. 1964/82 of 20 July 1982. The Federal Institute for Agricultural Market Structure is responsible for their implementation. Article 4 concerns the production, packaging and labelling of specific parts of animal carcassess of certain parts of meat. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles. One Annex is enclosed.
