Abstract

An Act to implement EC directives on special labelling of meat and meat products. Article 1 establishes that meat of animals born and fed in Germany and meat products made with it must be mentioned on the label. The Federal Institute of Agriculture and Food is charged with the enforcement of this Act. Thereafter the text deals with payment of fees, provinding information, penalties, etc. The Act consists of 13 articles.
