Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Meat Inspection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions concerning licensing and related matters of all meat plants in the Province of Manitoba. The text - consists of 89 sections - deals with the following matters: licence requirements, licence application, licence form, suspension and revocation, plant location, chill rooms, water supply, red meat plants, disinfection, prohibition, sanitary requirements, waste disposal, equipment, hides, dead animals, wild game, poultry, inspectors, processing, slaughtering, diseased carcass, detention and repeal
