Abstract

These Regulations lay down rules on the requirements for registered slaughterhouses, poultry slaughterhouses and rural slaughterhouses, the procedure for the handling of animals for slaughter, conveyance of meat, branding, grading and packaging of meat, transportation of stock, licensing of canneries, certificate of approval for by-products, grading and storage of eggs, and meat inspection.
