Abstract

This Order, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Quarantine under paragraphs 28(g), (h) and (m) of the Meat Industry Act, prohibit the sale of any whole chicken or chicken pieces, that is previously frozen then defrosted and sold as chilled whole chicken or chilled chicken pieces and prescribe penalties for the contravention of this prohibition.
