Abstract

Section 1 of the Meat Industry Act No. 5 of 1991 is amended in the definition of "butchery" by inserting the words "or poultry meat" after the word "meat" and before the word "is" in the fourth line of the definition. Section 12 is amended to the effect that its provisions do not apply anymore to grading but only to weighing.
