These Regulations enter into force on 23 April 2003.
Abstract

These Regulations: prescribe certain standards and codes that apply in relation to the operation of various aspects of licensed meat premises and licensed pet food works; provide for certain matters in relation to quality assurance programmes; provide for certain matters in relation to the branding of meat, meat products and pet food; prescribe certain fees; and prescribe certain marks and official marking devices.
