Abstract

These Regulations implement the Meat Hygiene Act 1994 and repeals all regulations made under the Meat Hygiene Act 1980 and the Poultry Meat Hygiene Act 1986. The Regulations provide for the accreditation of meat processors (Part 3), the marking of meat (Part 4) and related fees and standards.
