Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on public health and veterinary service, food and consumer protection and food survey of 24 July 2003. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to transfer of competences in view of the implementation of the afore-mentioned Law in the Free State of Bavaria. The text consists of 6 articles.
