Abstract The present Law implements the Federal Meat Hygiene Act in its version of 30 June 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1242, 1585). Article 1 names the Ministry of Women, Labour, Health and Social Affairs as responsible for the execution of legislation on meat hygiene.
