These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the method of election by eligible livestock farmers of the 7 directors of the New Zealand Meat Board and of the 4 directors elected by persons who are processors or eligible exporters of meat products. The Regulations further prescribe a new fee to accompany the application for an export licence or for its renewal.
