Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to protect against and mitigate earthquake disasters and to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property. The Regulations provide for: earthquake monitoring and protection; protection against earthquake disasters; measures for earthquake emergencies; post-earthquake relief and reconstruction; offences and penalties; etc.
