Abstract

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in the Tibet Autonomous Region. The Text consists of 60 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Grassland Planning (II); Grassland Business Operation (III); Grassland Construction (IV); Grassland Utilization and Protection (V); Supervision and Inspection (VI); Legal Liabilities (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).
