These Measures are formulated in order to implement the Flood Control Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text consists of 45 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Flood control planning (II); Control, prevention and management (III); Flood control and flood fighting (IV); Safeguards (V); Legal Liabilities (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
