Abstract

These Measures, consisting of 28 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the “Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China”, aiming to strengthen the construction and management of the Shankou Mangrove Ecological Nature Reserve (hereinafter referred to as “protected area”), promote scientific research activities and rational development and utilization of the mangrove marine ecosystem, and maintain ecological balance.
