Abstract The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen and regulate the work for the supervision over and administration of the inspection and quarantine of bonded zones. The State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (SAQSIQ) shall supervise and administer the inspection and quarantine of the bonded zones nationwide and shall establish entry and exit inspection and quarantine organs. Chapters II to IV deal with matters related to inspection and quarantine on the goods subject to inspection and quarantine imported from and exported to bonded zones or re-exported through bonded zones.
