The Agricultural GMO Safety Committee of the State shall be in charge of the safety evaluation of Agricultural GMO importation. The Agricultural GMO Safety Administration Office shall be in charge of safety administration of Agricultural GMO importation. Imported Agricultural GMOs, for safety purposes, shall be administered under 3 categories: 1. Testing and Research; 2. Production; 3. Raw Materials. The Measures further provide for the rules, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the examination and approval of Agricultural GMO importation.
