These Measures entered into force as of the date of promulgation.
Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen and improve the macro-control of crude oil, refined oil imports, and maintain normal order of crude oil and refined oil import business. The Measures consist of 29 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Import agent enterprises; Import plan; Guidance and coordination of import agent work; Feedback and adjustment; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.
