Abstract

These Measures aim at strengthening the inspection, quarantine, supervision and administration of imported solid waste that can be used as raw materials and protecting the environment. The Measures consist of 78 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions; Registration of Suppliers; Registration of Consignees; Pre-shipment Inspection; Inspection and Quarantine; Supervision and Administration; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
