Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen food safety and hygiene administration of export food production enterprises and standardize the record management of export food production enterprises. The Act consists of 36 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Filing Procedures and Requirements (II); Supervision and Administration (III); Legal Liabilities (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
