Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to enhance the professional quality of the domestic food business practitioners and ensure food safety. The Measures consist of 10 Articles. Article 4-5 provides for the food businesses where the specialized personnel or personnel with technical certificates should be established. The qualifications and requirements, to be satisfied by the appointed personnel, are also stipulated.
