Abstract The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the administration of the safety and health of feed products from animal sources. The Measures consist of 31 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Examination and approval of the establishment of enterprises (II); Production management (III); Management of operation, import and use (IV); Supervision and inspection (V); Penalty provisions (VI); Supplementary provisions (VII). Management of the raw materials, production process, finished products of the enterprises shall meet requirements listed in articles 10 to 12. The label of products shall conform to the standards of the national feed labels and indicate the names of the animal sources and the serial number of the Certificate of Quality of the Safety and Health of Feed Products from Animal Sources.
