Units and individuals engaged in domestication and breeding of wild animals must obtain the License for Domestication and Breeding of Wildlife under special state protection. In these Measures, the wildlife referred to means terrestrial wildlife under special state protection; Domestication and breeding refers to the domestication and breeding of wild animals for protection, research, scientific experiments, exhibitions and other economic purposes under human control.
