Abstract The present Measures are formulated in order to improve the quality, safety and sanitation of forage products, regulate forage product certification, promote the development of forage industry and breeding industry, maintain human health, and protect animal life safety. These Measures consist of 33 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Arrangements for implementation (II); Administration of certificates and marks (III); Supervision and administration (IV); Supplementary provisions (V). The National Certification and Accreditation Administration shall, jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture, formulate the "Rules for the Implementation of Forage Product Certification" and shall, in light of the division of their duties, lawfully supervise and administer such activities as production, sale of certified products, and use of certification marks, etc. Full text English Website www.lawinfochina.com
