Abstract

These Measures, consisting of 10 Articles, are enacted pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the Food Safety and Hygiene Act. The sanitation management personnel should be set up in food manufacturing factories (art.4). The qualifications and requirements, to be satisfied by the appointed personnel, are stipulated.
