Abstract The purpose of these Measures is to safeguard the right and interest of state ownership of mineral resources, plan, manage, rationally use, and protect mineral resources, promote the development of the mining industry, and strengthen the management of mineral resources reserves. The Measures, consisting of 28 articles, provide for the procedures, requirements for the review and accreditation of mineral resources reserves.
