The agriculture pesticide is defined in article two. A registration system shall be adopted. There are three steps of registration for new product and first time imported pesticides. A license must be obtained for manufacturing. Chapter four and five concern the labeling and use of pesticides. Chapter six prohibits the manufacture and sale of adulterate pesticides.
