These Measures enter into force on 2 March 2014.
Abstract

These Measures, are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law and the Regulations on Implementing the Food Safety Law. The Text, consisting of 13 articles, provides for the rules, procedures and requirements to be followed for the appointment and management of experts who review and evaluate the administrative licensing related to food safety.
