Matters covered by these Regulations concern: enforcement by the Authority; criteria for setting the maximum price to be charged for water and sewerage services provided; prohibition to charge any price for water and sewerage services above the price fixed by the Authority; categories of water and sewerage services according to the price, for households, for commercial and industrial premises, and for social agencies: relocation of the water connection, restoration of temporarily cut off water services, water meter testing, booster pump installation, temporary water connections for construction works, relocation of sewer connection, cleaning the sewer junction; factors to be considered in determining the maximum price for water and sewerage services: spending capacity of service users, impact on sustainability, ensuring social security; penalties for violations of the provisions of these Regulations.
